Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.hauteandsalty.shop operated by Huntir Arthur and Trina McCloud.

Due to the nature of our business some products we sell are handmade, items that may vary in slight color or shape change are not eligible for a refund unless damaged or broken upon arrival which you can then receive STORE CREDIT.

 If upon arrival you receive the wrong item as described at purchase we will be happy to fix the problem right away.

Our processing time is currently 1-2 business days and shipped out as quickly as possible. Please make sure your address we receive is the correct one. Once received we will email you a tracking number for your order.
